"Support Was Slower Than Expected"
I waited way longer than I thought I would for support, and compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this felt frustrating. After all that time, my issue still wasn’t actually fixed, so the whole experience was disappointing.

"Broke after barely any use"
It broke way too quickly, and I’m tired of having to explain the same thing over and over, it just didn’t last. I expected it to hold up longer than this...

"Fit was really off for me"
I ordered my usual size because that almost always works for me, and I even checked the size chart first, so I don’t feel like I was just guessing. Unfortunately, the fit was all over the place. It was tight in certain areas but oddly loose in others, and it just wasn’t comfortable to wear. For the price, I expected a much better fit. Disappointing overall.

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered from rodeoh.com because the item showed as available. Simple enough, I thought. Added it to cart, paid, figured it was all set. Then a few days go by and I get told it’s actually not in stock.
That’s the frustrating part. I can deal with waiting if the site is upfront about it. But letting me buy it first and then telling me later? Just annoying. Now I’m back to searching somewhere else, and it really makes the inventory on the site feel out of date.

"Fit was disappointing"
I bought this thinking it would work with a few toys we already had, but it ended up being a letdown. The sizing was off and it kept slipping around, even though I checked the info first. My sister actually noticed the same thing when we tried comparing it with some other toys, so it seems picky. Maybe it works fine with their own products, but it didn’t work well for what I needed.

"Fine for a bit, then kind of irritating"
It’s okay at first and wears comfortably for a while, but after a few hours it starts to get annoying. I kept adjusting it without really thinking about it, which is always a sign for me. Maybe I’m just picky with fit stuff, I’m the same way with socks, and don’t even get me started on weird seams. Overall, not terrible, just not something I’d want to wear all day.

"Product info needs to be clearer"
The site was easy enough to navigate, but the product details were way too vague. I ended up having to guess about sizing and materials, which made ordering more stressful than it should’ve been. If the info doesn’t get clearer, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else next time.

"Glitchy site and support felt copy-pasted"
I had a frustrating experience with rodeoh.com. The site kept freezing on me, and a few times it wouldn’t load properly at all. I reached out to support more than once, but the replies took forever and felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was dealing with. I kept waiting for an actual fix or at least a clear explanation, but it never really happened. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it was just too unstable and annoying to keep using.

"Expected more options"
I went in thinking there would be a decent selection to choose from, but it was limited. I couldn’t really find anything that felt useful for what I needed, so it was a bit disappointing.

It felt way too pricey for what I got. I kept expecting the experience to be better considering how much I paid, but the value just wasn’t there for me. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again got really frustrating. It just made the whole thing feel like more hassle than it was worth

"Great at first, but washing it got annoying"
I was happy with this when I first got it. It looked nice and felt good, so I thought it was going to be an easy win. But then washing it became kind of a pain. I followed the care instructions, or at least I’m sure I did, and after a couple washes it just didn’t feel the same anymore. The fabric got a little strange and it took way too long to dry, which was frustrating. It’s not terrible, and I still don’t totally hate it, but for the price I really expected it to hold up better.

"Good enough, but not perfect"
Overall, hygiene was okay, but odor control isn't great after longer use. It's not a terrible product, just needs the more cleaning than I thought it would. For me, 3 stars feels fair.

"Decent for the Price"
Not gonna lie, the material quality is a little hit or miss for me. Some areas feel soft and decent, but other parts are thinner than I was expecting. It’s not bad, just doesn’t feel super sturdy either. For the price, I’d say it’s okay, but I was hoping it would feel a bit nicer overall

My order from rodeoh did show up, so no major complaints there, but the shipping was a little slower than I was expecting. The tracking didn’t update very often either, so for a few days I wasn’t really sure where things stood. Once the package arrived, everything was in good shape. I’d say it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but if you need something quickly, the process might feel a bit frustrating.

I was hoping to see more size and body diversity on the site, but... it felt limited. It kind of gave me the impression that the brand wasn’t really made with people like me in mind.

"My order showed up in rough shape"
I was actually looking forward to getting this delivered, but when the package showed up, I knew right away something was off. It came in this really thin bag, and the box inside was already crushed. When I opened it up, the items were just loose and shifting around everywhere. Definitely not what I expected, and it was frustrating to deal with.

"I really wanted this to help me feel..."
I really wanted this to help me feel more comfortable and affirmed, but it just didn’t work out. The fit felt awkward and uncomfortable, and the sizing seemed off from what I expected. I also reached out with a basic request, and it felt like it was basically ignored. Customer service took a while to respond and didn’t really help much when they did. I ended up feeling more frustrated than supported.

The exchange did go through in the end, so I can’t really complain about the outcome. It just took longer than I expected, and the delay felt avoidable with better communication or faster processing.

Maybe it’s just me, but this really didn’t stay put the way I expected. My partner and I tried to make it work a few times, but it kept getting in the way and kind of killed the mood. We ended up giving up on it, so it just wasn’t worth it for us

Not gonna lie, the site does what it’s supposed to do, but it can get a little confusing at times. I was able to use it, but there were moments where I had to stop and figure out where to go next.
